Responsibilities of the cleaning crew:

• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, building entrances, and community laundry areas.
• Perform duties such as dusting, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Proactively communicate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Arrive at each job site on time and present a neat and clean appearance.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years cleaning experience
• Energetic and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a Tax ID Number (TIN or SSN) and complete a W9 Form.
• Own reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English.
• Own a mobile phone (preferably a smartphone) to stay in contact with the team.
• Availability of at least 5 or more hours per week.
• Living in or near the service area is beneficial for timely arrivals and flexibility.
